Kundalini Yoga -Spring Equinox Experience

Join us as we welcome seasoned Kundalini practitioner, Grace Adriana to lead us in a Kundalini yoga flow. Kundalini Yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses.  Its purpose is to activate your Kundalini energy, This is a  spiritual energy that's said to be located at the base of your spine. This activity is another beautiful way to help align, balance and recalibrate your Chakras. Deepening your spiritual connection to source and self.
