Welcome to our Ancestral Healing workshop, where we gather to honor the wisdom and legacy of those who came before us. As we approach the September equinox, a time of balance between light and dark, we are invited to reflect on the harmony and disharmony within our ancestral lines and our lives. The equinox with it's perfect balance of day and night, serves as a powerful reminder of the equilibrium we seek within ourselves. The workshop is designed to help you connect with your roots, heal intergenerational wounds and find your center. Through meditation, ritual and small group discussions, we will support each other in this transformative journey of healing and understanding.
